HACST Participates in Group “Little Sun Charity Fund” Event to Support Children with Disabilities

Date: 2025-11-22

Although HACST is known mainly as a manufacturing company specializing in closed circuit cooling towers, evaporative condensers, and heat-exchange equipment , we also consider social responsibility an essential part of our long-term development. On November 22, representatives from HACST participated in the annual “Little Sun Charity Fund” support activity at Anguang City Special Education School, coinciding with the 34th International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

A Practical Public Welfare Activity Focused on Real Needs

The event was jointly organized by local authorities including the Disabled Persons’ Federation and the Women’s Federation. Unlike purely ceremonial charity activities, this initiative was built around actual needs collected from teachers and staff. Supplies such as daily-use materials, hygiene products, warm clothing, and learning tools were prepared in advance and delivered directly to the school.

HACST employees arrived early to assist with organization, unloading materials, and coordinating distribution. The purpose of our participation was straightforward: provide practical assistance, support children’s daily challenges, and contribute to a more inclusive social environment without unnecessary formalities.

Understanding and Supporting Children with Special Needs

During the visit, volunteers from HACST participated in classroom interactions, simple games, and guided learning activities. Many employees noted that it was their first time entering a special education environment. Despite the unfamiliarity, they quickly adapted to the children’s pace, helping them complete tasks and maintain attention.

Teachers explained that many children require extended repetition and patience to build stable learning habits. Volunteers observed these details and adjusted their communication style accordingly, focusing on guidance rather than instruction. These small adjustments helped create smoother interaction and built trust with the students.

Although the activities were simple—reading practice, basic crafts, sensory exercises—they served an important purpose: offering companionship and strengthening children’s confidence in engaging with unfamiliar visitors.

Reflecting the Group’s Corporate Culture Beyond Manufacturing

As part of a larger industrial group, HACST’s participation in the “Little Sun Charity Fund” shows that manufacturing enterprises can also contribute to society in meaningful ways. The skills we value on the production line—discipline, patience, cooperation—proved equally important during the activity.

Employees shared that seeing the children’s daily routines helped them recognize the importance of long-term support. Material donations play a role, but consistent involvement from companies is far more valuable. This aligns with our group-level approach: use stable corporate operations to support stable public-welfare actions.

Building a Sustainable Corporate Social Responsibility Model

The “Little Sun Charity Fund” has been active for years, supporting winter-warmth campaigns, educational support, rehabilitation-center donations, and emergency assistance programs. HACST plans to increase participation in upcoming initiatives, encouraging more employees from the production base to join.

Several volunteers expressed interest in returning to the special education school for more activities, suggesting programs such as “learning companion days,” hands-on workshops, and small-scale skill demonstrations adapted for special education students.

The management team believes that public welfare should not rely on occasional media attention or one-time donations. Instead, it should be consistent, low-profile, and practical—similar to how HACST approaches product manufacturing. Step-by-step participation builds long-term value.

A Meaningful Conclusion and Future Outlook

At the end of the event, the children presented handmade crafts to volunteers from HACST and HENGAN. These simple items symbolized appreciation but also reflected the effort and progress made by the students. For employees who rarely engage in public-welfare activities, this moment left a strong impression.

HACST will continue to collaborate with HENGAN and local authorities to develop more public-benefit actions, ensuring that the “Little Sun Charity Fund” extends deeper into community needs. As a manufacturer, we believe that contributing to society is part of building long-term corporate stability and reputation .

Through steady action and continued participation, HACST aims to become not only a reliable manufacturing partner but also a responsible social contributor.
